Due to high demand and limited availability, there is currently a long waiting list for our mobile homes. It is unlikely that any homes will become available before the end of 2025. Additionally, there are no empty plots available for rental or purchase.

All mobile homes owned by Beeston Marina are available only for rental with a minimum 6-month contract, and only one pet is permitted per home.

If you have applied previously, we still have your information.

Mobile Homes at Beeston Marina

With over 100 mobile homes situated right by the river, Beeston Marina offers a peaceful and unique living environment that is hard to find elsewhere. These homes provide the perfect balance of a quiet, restful atmosphere while still offering easy access to city amenities.

Due to site rules and licence conditions, we can not accommodate more than one pet, or children under the age of 18. 

​

Initial Costs:

• Rent: Approximately £420 per month

• Deposit: £425

• Gas: Two 47kg gas bottles (total £204)

• Total Initial Cost: ~ £1050

​

In addition to the rent, you will be responsible for water rates, gas, electricity, and Council Tax (band A).
